During this second meeting, I will present the entire project to you through a decoration book including the selected service providers, moodboards for each pole to be decorated (ceremony, reception, stationery, festive moments, etc.), a palette of colors, and sketches. This will allow you to project yourself. You will have detailed quotes from your service providers and will be responsible for validating and paying deposits and payments directly to them.
Second meeting & validation of service provider quotes
Together we develop a forecast budget covering all decoration providers, offering you a clear and global vision of costs. Once all steps have been validated, we establish a personalized quote and contract, adapted to your needs. To launch your project, a deposit of 50% will be required upon signing the contract.

This first meeting, free and essential, is an opportunity to get to know each other, to discover your story, and to understand your desires, your expectations, as well as your wildest dreams for your wedding. We can organize this meeting by videoconference, by telephone, or over coffee for a more friendly approach.

Are the quotes from service providers in your name or that of the Wedding Planner?

I am at your disposal to advise you and recommend my favorite boutiques, to guarantee perfect harmony with the style of your wedding. I can also accompany you during your fittings, which would be an honor, but this service is optional and is not included in the basic packages.
Do you offer support in choosing our outfits and accessories?

Sending wedding invitations is a special moment that many couples like to share together, often by organizing a little evening for two. This task is therefore not included in my formulas. However, I can take care of it at your request.
